Ethics of Care

ზრუნვის ეთიკა ეთის ერთ-ერთი მიმდინარეობაა. ეს ტერმინი პირველად გვხვდება ქეროლ გილიგანის (1982) ნაშრომში „მორალური განვითარება“. კულტურ-ფემინიზმის მიხედვით, მზრუნველობა ფემინურობის შემადგენელი ნაწილი და ეთიკური ქმედების საფუძველია. ქეროლ გილიგანის (1982) თვალსაზრისით, მამაკაცებისგან განსხვავებით, ქალებისთვის „ზრუნვის ეთიკა“ მორალურობის საზომია. ზოგიერთი ფემინისტის აზრით, ქალთა ემანსიპაციისთვის საჭიროა ზრუნვის ახლებურად გააზრება და, ამგვარად, ტრადიციული მასკულინური ღირებულებების დომინაციასთან ბრძოლა. თუმცა ბევრი ფემინისტი ეჭვის თვალით უყურებს „ზრუნვის ეთიკის“ ემანსიპაციურ პოტენციალს, რადგან ის გენდრულ სტერეოტიპებთანაა დაკავშირებული და ჩაგვრის რომანტიზაციის საშიშროებას შეიცავს.

ჰილარი როუზი (1994) შენიშნავს, რომ ფიზიკური და გონებრივი შრომის განაწილებაზე საუბრისას მკვლევრებს ავიწყდებათ შრომის ერთ-ერთი ფორმა - მზრუნველობა. ფიზიკური შრომა „ხელებთან“ ასოცირდება, გონებრივი - „ტვინთან“, ხოლო მზრუნველობა - „გულთან“.

სქესობრივი ნიშნით შრომის განაწილების შედეგად ძირითადად ქალი ასრულებს საქმეს, რომელიც მოიცავს ბავშვების მოვლას, მზრუნველობას. მაგალითად, 2013 წელს საქართველოში ჩატარებული კვლევის - „საზოგადოებრივი დამოკიდებულებების კვლევა გენდერულ თანასწორობაზე პოლიტიკასა და ბიზნესში“ - შედეგების თანახმად, მზრუნველობის ფორმები, როგორებიცაა ოჯახის წევრების (ოჯახის ავადმყოფი წევრის, ბავშვის, მოხუცის და ა.შ.) მოვლა, საჭმლის მომზადება, სახლის მოვლა (სახლის დალაგება, სარეცხის გარეცხვა და ა.შ.) საზოგადოებაში ძირითადად ქალის მოვალეობად აღიქმება.
