დაამთავრა თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტი, წლების მანძილზე იყო ივანე ჯავახიშვილის სახელობის თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტის ზოგადი  ფსიქოლოგიის  კათედრის გამგე და ფსიქოლოგიის ფაკულტეტის დეკანი. აქვს სტატიები, მონოგრაფია და სახელმძღვანელოები მეხსიერების, კოგნიტური ფსიქოლოგიის, პიროვნების ფსიქოლოგიის და განწყობის ფსიქოლოგიის საკითხებზე.  ამჟამად არის ივანე ჯავახიშვილის სახელობის უნივერსიტეტის ფსიქოლოგიისა და განათლების ფაკულტეტის მოწვეული პროფესორი.
